Skills Support for the Workforce

2020 Employer Skills Survey

2nd Mar 2020 Skills Support for the Workforce

Employers, this is your chance to have a say on future training available in your area.

Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) are currently working with your Local Enterprise Partnership to undertake research with local businesses.

This survey asks about digital skills shortages and skills gaps that are relevant to you and your workforce. What are your training needs both now and in the future? Your participation is important to ensure that the needs of organisations like yours are fully considered in the future of skills delivery in the area.

We welcome contributions from a range of organisations, from start-ups to well established businesses, operating in every sector. As the recipients of future skills training, Employers are vital in informing this survey. This is a real opportunity for Employers to influence the future skills development and support in the region.
