Serco’s Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW3) programme has an opportunity for organisations to apply to become a Preferred Supplier for Development Plan activity. We are looking for 1 or more organisations to be placed on our SSW3 preferred supplier database and be considered for agreed development plan work on our SSW3 contracts across 15 LEP areas.
Inclusion on the Preferred Supplier list does not guarantee any work from Serco as we will select suppliers depending on the needs identified by the relevant Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) and the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). We anticipate development plan activity will commence in early September 2019.
If you would like to be considered as a supplier, please complete the Application form on this website. Please note that any successful applicant will be required to sign a contract with Serco and comply with the Serco Code of Conduct. Details of both documents are available on this website.
What do we need?
In each of its SSW regions, Serco is able to access funding for capacity building projects that will support the focus of SSW; that is to improve the skills of individuals to meet their goals and the needs of the local economy. The scope of this work may include research, developing FE/Skills provider responsiveness or innovative approaches to employer engagement. Further information regarding the specification can be found in the 'Preferred Supplier Application' form below.
