7th Jul 2023 Adult Skills for Work

Zoe worked in the Adult Care sector and progressed in her career, to work for the NHS towards a career as a qualified Nurse.

She went through the Adult Skills for Work programme and completed her Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and was looking to further her experience.

Zoe’s job responsibilities required her to work anti-social hours which impacted her family life, including night shifts, which would also impact her ability to learn.

She was looking for a training solution that enabled her to fit learning around these commitments. The Adult Skills for Work programme allowed her to do this.

She completed her Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care with Adult Skills for Work. Which was a crucial stepping stone for Zoe’s career progression, and she was able to do this because Adult Skills for Work was designed to give flexibility and support to all learners to enable them to achieve their career goals.
