‘Refer a Friend' Offer Terms and Conditions

We have set out the terms and conditions of the ‘Refer a Friend’ offer promotion below.

1. The promoter is Serco Limited. Registered in England and Wales. No: 242246. Registered Office: Serco House, 16 Bartley Wood Business Park, Hook, Hampshire RG27 9UY United Kingdom (“Serco”).
2. The Refer a Friend offer will run from 09/11/22 to 30/06/23 but Serco may in its absolute discretion withdraw or amend the offer at any time and without notice.
3. The referred friend must be eligible for the ‘Skills for Growth Programme’: They must live or work within the Greater Manchester area, be employed and aged 16 years or over.  
4. The referred friend must not currently be accessing, or have previously accessed funding through Skills for Growth in Greater Manchester. 
5. The referred friend must start and complete one of the courses delivered within Serco’s Digital Careers Upskill Programme.  For the avoidance of doubt, the course must commence on or before 30/06/23, although it can be completed after 30/06/23.
6. In order to obtain the voucher reward, applicants must have completed and signed a completion review with their skills coach. 
7. Vouchers will be sent out electronically via email to the email address provided on the registration form, once Serco has confirmed that the eligible referred friend has completed all aspects of learning for the course. 
8. Vouchers may be subject to additional third-party terms and conditions including but not limited to restrictions on duration and use, further details can be found at https://www.love2shop.co.uk/COMMON/corporate/terms/Website-TCs-Park-Retail-Ltd-UK.pdf.
9. No cash alternative will be offered as a replacement for vouchers. 
10.  You may refer more than one person. Vouchers will be sent when each eligible friend completes their course. 
11.  Serco reserves the right to verify eligibility and Serco in its sole discretion will have the final decision on any referral offer given.
12.  Serco is unable to backdate the Refer a Friend offer.

How will I receive my vouchers?

Vouchers will be sent out electronically via email to the email address provided on the registration form

How long are my vouchers valid for?

Your Love 2 Shop e-vouchers will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.

How many people can I refer?

There is no limit on the amount of people you can refer however the refer a friend incentive will only apply once Serco has confirmed that the eligible referred friend has completed all aspects of learning for the course.

When will I receive my vouchers?

You will receive your voucher within 10 working days of your friend completing and signing their completion review with their skills coach.

Why haven’t I received my vouchers yet? 

If you haven’t received your vouchers yet, your friend hasn’t completed and signed their completion review with their skills coach.
