We quality check the outcome of all of our outward referrals to ensure we are exceeding customer expectations.
Heart of the South West Business Support was part of the Rural Growth Network in Devon and Somerset. The service offered an extensive package of advice and support to aid business growth and is delivered through a wide range of local business support organisations and specialist advisers. Delivered through an IDB model the service provided:
Serco Enterprise delivered the government's free to access Business Link service in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, Devon, Somerset and London. Business Link provided any business with easy access to all the information, impartial advice and expert support they need to start, run and successfully grow a business. Delivered through a traditional IDB model the service was enhanced by delivery of additional concurrent services funded by the European Union such as high growth programmes, environmental and specialist rural provision.
With a focus on farming and rural business our RURAL FOCUS service is an example of a broader deeper IDB model, made possible with additional funding secured by Serco Enterprise through the Rural Development Programme for England and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural development.
