Catch22’s vision is a strong society where everyone has a good place to live, a purpose and good people around them.
We support people who aren’t in employment, education or training to find a supportive place of work and their professional purpose by putting a network of good people around them.
Our reputation for delivery means we work with the hardest to reach individuals with multiple barriers to employment, including: low self-esteem; low aspirations and motivation; lone parenthood, family breakdown, ex-offenders; no or low skills and qualifications; anxiety and fear of debt or loss of benefits and lack of recent or relevant work experience.

To address clients’ challenges our work is:

• Holistic: Our staff tailor their support to address all of the needs of our clients. Our wrap-around approach and integration with other local services ensures that clients can overcome both immediate, and latent, barriers to work.
• Passion focused:  We work with our clients to discover their passions and ambitions, creating excitement and ownership around our programme. Our  proven delivery modelling, including intensive 1:1 mentoring and ongoing engagement with employers means that every client receives an individual programme tailored to their own aspirations
• New technology and community engagement: We build trusting relationships with people in their own communities, and use the most up-to-date and appropriate technology.  We aim to maximise face to face time with our clients to increase long term engagement and sustainable outcomes. 
• Building mind-set and skills for work: Our 1:1 coaching and workshops focus on developing the qualities that employers want to see, including team work, problem solving, and accepting responsibility. We build a nurturing environment around each individual focusing on the right mind-set for success. 
• Engaging employers: We work directly with employers, providing clients the tools and qualities that they need to be successful in employment.

Groundwork London

Groundwork London is a social and environmental regeneration charity. For almost 20 years we’ve been at the forefront of environmental and social regeneration in London; changing places and lives for the better, in some of the capital’s most disadvantaged neighbourhoods. In today’s challenging social and economic climate the work we do has never been more important. In everything we do, we seek to create better places, promote greener living and working, and improve people's prospects.

London is a tough place to be unemployed, especially for those without qualifications, skills or recent experience. In partnership with private and public sector employers, we deliver training and pre-employment programmes designed to increase the confidence and employability of Londoners who are facing the greatest barriers to employment. For example our programmes support young people not in education, employment or training (NEET), adults that are unemployed or economically inactive, people living with disabilities or long term health conditions, refugees, and ex-offenders.

We provide employment advice, career coaching and informal and accredited training, supporting clients to learn new skills, prepare for work, find employment and succeed in their roles.
