Skills Support for the Workforce is all about progression and an apprenticeship is one the routes learners can take following training.

The Skills Support for the Workforce programme helps support small & medium businesses to upskill their employees with training courses & qualifications to help their business grow.

Performance Through People (PTP) is part of our network of expert training providers that works locally in the Black Country delivering the SSW programme. PTP have been working with local business Integra Supported Housing to upskill their staff. 

As the programme is co-financed by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund, Integra Supported Housing was able to access the training at no cost to the business.
