We have extensive experience in delivering prison education and skills programmes, as well as integrating services to create tailored solutions that meet the needs of both our government partners and learners.
Ultimately our goal is to maximise the effectiveness of prison education in getting prisoners into work, reducing reoffending and in turn the costs associated with this.
Our investment in educational programmes within our prisons provides prisoners with the knowledge and skills necessary to make positive changes in their lives, promoting rehabilitation and resettlement activities to reduce reoffending.
Alongside our own training delivery, we are an experienced prime contractor and service integrator in the skills and employability sector. We have worked closely with over 70 training provider partners from public, private and third sectors to deliver quality training courses to more than 89,000 individuals, leading to improved employment opportunities.
We develop and maintain relationships with local employers ensuring our provision is responsive to local labour market demands and that we can source suitable vacancies or work placements.
We take a holistic approach to prison education and are committed to making the prison experience more efficient and effective for everyone. We provide quality services that help individuals develop the skills they need to secure employment upon release.
