The training was designed to meet the skills gaps within local businesses, with a focus on local priorities to help boost the local economy in each area.

Serco has experience in delivering this type of skills training to meet LEP priorities, having delivered the Skills Support for the Workforce programme since 2016, supporting 7000 businesses with training for their workforce and benefitting over 30,000 employees.
