A Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA) plan has been published for Devon and Somerset setting out recommendations to improve the uptake of Higher Level Apprenticeships in the region.

The plan has been developed as part of the Heart of the South West Apprenticeship Service which Serco’s Employment, Skills & Enterprise business manages and is co-financed by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund - working in partnership with the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
