Restart Scheme

Restart Scheme Events

The Serco Restart Scheme team host a range of events suitable for all those involved in the scheme. For Participants these include jobs fairs with local and national employers, as well as opportunities to meet employers with current vacancies, and insights into specific industries.

Serco colleagues and Restart Scheme Providers are invited to online sessions that focus on common barriers faced by participants looking to gain employment. These sessions are often presented by services who inform on a subject and promote their services to enable collaborative working. Previous sessions focussed on substance misuse, money and pensions advice, MAPPA awareness, unconscious bias training and the menopause. The knowledge they gain from these events can be applied in their day-to-day roles and help inform decisions.

If you are interested in presenting your business and services at one of our events, please contact restartschemeevents@serco.com
