After facing homelessness and depression, Jessica found hope and support through the Restart Scheme. Joining the Restart Scheme in Dudley, Jessica was assigned Alex Crowther from Ingeus as her Job Coach.

Before joining the Restart Scheme, Jessica struggled to find work while managing her responsibilities as a mother and dealing with health issues. Her journey was challenging, but she remained determined to improve her situation.

With the support of her mentor Tracy, Jessica has received training, mental health support from the Better Health Generation, and housing assistance. Despite the ups and downs, Jessica's determination never wavered, and she was able to persevere. Tracy's ongoing support was instrumental in helping Jessica navigate her mental health, housing, and debt issues.

With continued support from the Restart Scheme, Jessica is optimistic about her upcoming new job and the stability it will bring to her life.
