In a moment of serendipity, Serco’s delivery partner, PeoplePlus was looking for an Administrative Assistant and Courtney walked in looking for a career in the same field. “Looking back, I should have bought a lottery ticket on the day of the interview because I just couldn’t believe my luck! I was a Participant and now I work at PeoplePlus helping to deliver the Restart Scheme. I’m proof it works!”
We’re excited to be collaborating with OneBelow as it rolls out its expansion plan. With the help of our Employer Engagement team, the retailer has already offered 15 Participants, one from Restart Scheme, jobs in its newest store and there’s more to come. We’re working on two more store openings this year and looking forward to collaborating on 20 stores being opened nationwide in 2022.
