Eager to spread his wings, Adam completed employability training through the Restart Scheme which helped him to secure full-time employment at a local poultry processing plant. Adam is now saving for a car and is looking forward to flying the nest soon.

Made redundant at the start of lockdown, a Wolverhampton Warehousing Supervisor wasn’t sold on the Restart Scheme.
