Flexi-role offered following pandemic redundancy
Like many people working in retail, Tracy was made redundant during the pandemic. And, whilst she loved spending more time with her children, her confidence in finding work suffered the longer she was unemployed. Finding it increasingly difficult to find opportunities with flexible hours to fit around her childcare responsibilities, Tracy worked with us to hone her transferable skillset.
